Yes, you can give yourself permission to do nothing. Sometimes when we're not feeling our best we still push through or begin and hustle through--sometimes that works, but majority of the time, never considering how we feel as part of the greater good, will take its toll.
Feeling good and understanding that our wellbeing, and how we feel matters, is an important understanding.
Taking the time to be sure we are taking care of our wellbeing is important in training ourselves for joy and feeling good to be our default mode. By taking time out and maybe even scratching all our plans so that we can get ourselves rejuvenated and back into feeling good, should be a priority.
